Return/Refund Policy

Online Orders:

We offer a 30-day, satisfaction guarantee, on all online orders. Being eligible for a full refund means the item/s need to be in the same condition as when you received it. This means no signs of wear and tear or damage, including both the product/s and packaging.

To start a refund, please return your item/s to the address provided below along with your proof of purchase. This can be your confirmation email printing and included in the return package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, package tracking, and lost or stolen shipments. Please choose a dependable shipping service and consider insuring the package for it's value. If your package is lost please contact the shipping service for details and remuneration.

Once delivered to our facility, please allow several business days for your return to be processed correctly. You will receive a confirmation email stating the refund has been issued, once the return is fully processed. The refund should be received in the following days and in accordance to how you originally made the purchase. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process any refund, as their processes will often times take several business days as well.

In Store Purchases:

All in store purchases fall under the return policy determined by each individual retailer at the location they were purchased. Contact the retailer where the product/s where purchased to apply for a refund.

Damaged Products:

Upon receipt of your order please inspect the product/s. Contact us immediately if you recognize damaged or defective items, or if you have received incorrect or missing products. We are committed to addressing any issues as soon as they arrive and making things right should that occur.
